Please let us know if you would be interested for the below requirement. *Title: Oracle CRM Integration Manager - Enterprise Services* *Location: Duluth, GA* *Job Description :* * * · The Program Manager leads the planning, design, development, and/or support of the implementation of a complete business solution, applying new or advanced technologies. · Manages multiple projects, each of which would have subprojects with Project Managers assigned, or a single large and complex project. · Has total accountability for project success, i.e., on time, within budget, and meeting requirements. · Responsibilities also include cost management, potential for revenue growth and business development, as well as the ability to manage a recovery project. · Responsible for mentoring project team members. · Requires bachelors degree in project management, business or other related degree; MBA degree or equivalent preferred and 10 plus years of extensive related experience in project management or multiple IT roles. · PMI-Project Manager Professional (PMP) Certification preferred. *Additional Job Description:*** · This position manages the architectural foundation for the R12 Services implementation and provides a key link between the matrix of IT systems and R12 Services team members. · The successful candidate will have experience managing implementation and integration components of a Oracle R12 environment, as well as, experience with working with other organizations to manage an infrastructure plan around network, pc configuration, and architecture planning. *Key Areas of Responsibilities (general):* · Directs and owns all the infrastructure related activities associated with global Oracle CRM R12 implementation including: Integration architecture readiness, Database architecture readiness, LAN/WAN readiness, PC readiness, Disaster Recovery readiness and the Integration track of the Enterprise Services (ES) Program. · Provides management oversight through regular status and issues reviews in conjunction with the ES Project Management Office (PMO). · Defines the IT strategic architecture components for ES, including items like external interfacing structure and guidelines and batch program scheduling guidelines. · Directs and owns all infrastructure readiness activities associated with NCR'''s upcoming global R12 deployment and coordination of infrastructure timelines with the PMO office. · Manages EBS foundation components including Workflow, and manages strategy around associated purges and issues. · Reviews architectural design elements for best practices and alignment with overall services architecture. · Ensures reusability of standard design patterns and consistency in design decisions across the ES Program. · Ensure teams are following standards in their development efforts ranging from PL/SQL coding to SOA standards. · Defines best practices on how to design ESB processes that scale and perform. · Interlocks with NCR SOA Competency Center on standards, best practices and governance. Interlocks with the DBA organization on standards, best practices, and strategy including High Availability SLA, Disaster Recovery planning and testing, environment hardware planning and distribution. *Basic Requirements (general):* · Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent degree. · 7 years experience with Oracle e-Business Suite. 3+ years experience with SQL, strong relational database skills. · People management skills. · 1 year SOA or ESB related experience. · Experience with Network components. · Excellent written and verbal communication with different levels of the organization. · Previous experience working for a global organization. *Integration / Architecture Requirements:* · Experience leading a team responsible for exposing Oracle EBS business events and calling Oracle module specific API's. · Experience with Deployment management for infrastructure components including long range planning for hardware configuration in both production and test environments · At least 3 year experience responsible for designing and developing highly available solutions that handles high transactions volumes (availability & scalability). · At least 3 year experience leading a team responsible for designing, developing, and implementing reusable integration design patterns. · Strong background with Oracle RDBMS tools and utilities. · Familiarity with Agile programming methods. · Self motivated, attentive to detail, able to learn quickly, and innovative as it relates to process automation opportunities. · Adjusts to multiple demands, shifting priorities, ambiguity and rapid change. · Accepts and adapts to new or alternative approaches. · Experience with migrating data from Oracle e-Business Suite to a data warehouse.
