It is critical that the incumbent in this role not only understand the needs of the customer and/or gaps that exist in business understanding but that they also be able to effectively craft practical solutions using data and tools available. Where technological or data gaps do not allow for this, incumbent must be able to effectively articulate need and gap to management for resolution. * Incumbent will learn and understand the basics of the Sales account management process. *Skills Required: * * Healthcare Informatics Analyst with 3-5+ years direct health payer experience. Must have one or more of the following domain experience; Provider network/reimbursement, Medicare Advantage/Gov't Programs, Medical Expense Management/Trend Analysis, Quality. ICD10 remediation and migration project experience. *Skills (Nice to Have): * * Experience with SAS and/or SQL analytics.
