This individual will create critical documentation that serves as communication vehicles for the business group and the mobile development team. A qualified candidate will have at least five years of experience participating on Agile development teams as the individual who is accountable for the mobile user interface design specification. He or she should be an iOS user interface designer with proven expertise in mobile software application design. *MAIN JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES* The Mobile Usability Experience Design Analyst will work with the business group, mobile team, and the UX/UI Project Lead fully understand the requirements, define the mobile UI/UX workflow, design/create icons, screen images, and other design artifacts. He or she will partner with the SST project UX/UI Project Lead to determine the appropriate strategy for providing the Users with a consistent look/feel across the application platforms. Given this direction the User Experience Design Analyst will create the navigation and individual screen designs that will become the mobile user interface. He or she will partner with the Mobile Business Analysts to ensure the development requirements are being met. This individual will participate in focus groups to solicit feedback from the target audience regarding the mobile user interface. *This list provides a brief description of the key deliverables to be provided by the User Experience Design Analyst.* * Detailed design documentation: In-depth description of the future user interface, including individual screen images, complete element description, and informational/error messages. * Visual design requirements: Description of the requirements that apply to visual design, such as the use of color, logo, and other images, within client Brand Guidelines. * Establish framework for developing an IOS mobile style guideline document for client Mobility. The User Experience Design Analyst must be able to: * Identify issues and concerns that may extend beyond the information directly provided by the business group. * Determine the best possible navigation and information architecture for the app, as appropriate for the given mobile platform. * Design the complete mobile user interface. * Create user interface prototypes and participate in usability evaluations of these prototypes to refine the mobile user interface design. * Modify the design when appropriate tied to feedback provided from the business group and/or potential user community. * Document the final user interface design in a format that is useful to various members of the development team. * Design visual elements. * This candidate needs strong knowledge of iOS screen controls, application flow. * This candidate needs strong knowledge of Apple's Human Interface Guidelines, iOS design best practices. * This candidate should have experience working collaboratively with developers in an Agile environment."
