I have *2 openings* in the Detroit MI area for *Functional Peoplesoft Consultants*. Must have strong *Payroll and Time and Labor.* Immediate Interviews Please let me know if you have anyone available. *Functional Consultants with North American Payroll Experience and Time and Labor experience.* The reason for this role is to support our PeopleSoft US Payroll deployment. The Functional Specialist will be responsible for the development and analysis of requirements to design and support development of PeopleSoft HCM application modules as well as their integrated 3rd party vendor software. •Understanding of HRMS functionality and configuration and working knowledge of PeopleSoft Time and Labor, NA Payroll, Base Benefits. •Define and analyze complex functional/technical requirements •Create and execute unit testing of work units based on defined requirements •Deep understanding of payroll functional and ability to run a payroll starting from adding an employee and job to entering time to processing payroll, including deductions and producing checks •Experience writing medium to complex SQL queries to validate test scenarios. •Recommend and develop exceptions to standard procedure as appropriate. •Must have a high level of integrity and a strong desire to work within a team environment. Strong analytical and problem solving abilities. Must be flexible to adapt to changing priorities and require minimal supervision. •Knowledge of the staffing industry is a plus. •Experience with PeopleCode review preferred and hands on knowledge of PeopleTools. QUALIFICATION: •At least 8 years in software business analysis, testing, or related IT experience, with at least 5 years of testing experience in PeopleSoft •BS or MS/MBA in Computer Science, MIS, Business or equivalent education/training/experience •Experience with ERP Systems (PeopleSoft HCM is highly desirable) •Ability to work with HP’s Quality Center and QTP, SQL Developer/TOAD, PeopleTools •Experience collaborating with programmers and business experts •Flexibility to adapt to testing of different modules within PeopleSoft applications HCM or Finance.
