The incumbent may have partial or complete responsibility for a project and may have contact with users in ascertaining needs and assessments of operations. *The incumbent should possess good knowledge of current methods and techniques of computer programming; good knowledge of use and capabilities of business application of computer systems and peripheral equipment; good knowledge of business methods and systems; skill in programming and in applying knowledge of programming languages; ability to assist in the evaluation, planning and application of data processing procedures and methods to meet the needs of the utility; ability to effectively use computer applications; initiative; accuracy; and resourcefulness; and the ability to assist in the monitoring of the performance of programs after implementation. *Seeking candidates with the following experiences: * *PeopleSoft Enterprise Resource Planning software (ERP) consisting of Finance, Supply Chain, Enterprise Asset Management (EAM), and Human Capital Management (HCM). *Experience with PeopleSoft 8.9 or newer is preferred and familiarity with Kronos Timekeeping Systems is desirable. *Integration tools, PS Query, SQR report tools, nVision, Crystal Reports, TOAD, Oracle 10g and 11g) *Adept at Design, Development, Implementation, Customization, Upgrade and Maintenance, Support of PeopleSoft Applications. *People Tools (version 8.49 and newer). *PeopleCode, Application Designer, Application Engine, Component Interface, Data Mover, Application Package, XML Publisher, Process Scheduler, PeopleCode debugger, Integration Broker, PeopleSoft Security, Tree Manager. *MINIMAL EDUCATIONAL/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: * *Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Business from an accredited college or university is required.
