*Job title: Data Analyst *

*Location: Cary, NC*

*Duration: Long Term Contract*



*Key Responsibilities: *

·         Produce a detailed analysis of the existing business domain in
application security.

·         Produce detailed Entity Relationship models reflecting data
domain including internal and external sources.

·         *Design database schema in MS SQL to reflect data domain*.

·         Produce various views, triggers, stored procedures and reports to
support business requirements.

·         *Produce ETL procedures to populate database from existing data
sources*.



*You will have: *

·         *At least two years’ experience in database design and
development using MS SQL*.

·         A solid understanding of relational database management systems
and data modelling, specifically with MS SQL.

·         Familiarity with producing ETL scripts or tooling, using Java or
C#.

·         Ability to work with end users in the team and to capture their
requirements.

·         An awareness of, or interest in, Application Security is a bonus.

·         Ideally you will have a background in the financial services
industry.

·         A self-starter requiring minimal supervision.

·         Delivery focused and capable of meeting demanding deliverables.

·         Be adaptive and flexible in your approach to achieving a goal.

·         Be able to balance priorities amongst several tasks.

·         Have experience in working in geographically dispersed teams.
