Acted as a conduit for vendor relationship, licensing, and incident management. Assisted with ensuring business requirements are cost effective and needs are met. Provided budget support to IT professionals and stakeholders. *Operations Support* Worked closely with IT professionals to troubleshoot and resolve complex operational issues. Drove conventions and standards across products to maximize user experience. Performed in a third-tier support specialist capacity to other IT professionals for escalated operational issues.\ The situation is we are in-flight with rolling out SCCM 2012, enterprise-wide, and have an immediate need for a very senior SCCM SME to perform in a technical leadership role to help finish the rollout successfully. There will be operational and maintenance support requirements as well. There are two (2) employees with journeyman skills currently assigned to SCCM infrastructure support. There is a full-team complement supporting the desktop aspects of this project. There is SCCM operational support. The schedule is aggressive. The project environment is collaborative.
