*Positions: Service Delivery Manager Location: Woonsocket, RI/Scottsdale,
AZ Duration: 12+ months Summary: *In order of importance, list specific
skills or talents that a qualified incumbent should possess (i.e.,
management of large staff, computer applications, subject knowledge, etc.)
1. Previous leader or management experience in the Information Technology
field.
2. Working knowledge of Microsoft Project.
3.  5+ years of project management experience is must. 10 – 15 Years’
experience professional is preferred.
4. Experience with change management, risk management, and quality
assurance methods.
5. Familiarity with a variety of technologies:  at least two server
operating systems,, storage, networking, security, web/application/database
software, virtualization, high availability, disaster
 recovery.  Work experience with at least two technologies preferred.
6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
7. Ability to work in a fast-paced and complex environment with competing
stakeholders.
8. Ability to build strong working relationships with both customer and
functional teams.
9. Experience with cross-functional incident and/or problem management.
10. Understanding of industry trends, emerging technologies and standards.
11. Additional educational experience in business administration preferred.
12. Certification in ITIL, PMBOK, or Lean Six Sigma preferred

The Service Delivery Manager (SDM) is responsible for delivering the
infrastructure aspects of an IT project on schedule and to specification.
The role functions in an environment that is complex, both technically and
organizationally.
The SDM leverages both technical knowledge, organizational, and project
management skills to coordinate project delivery, identify risk and avoid
issues, as well as facilitate resolution when issues do arise.  The SDM
should expect to be assigned to multiple projects concurrently.  An SDM
will interact with IT teams across multiple disciplines and business units
in an environment with evolving processes to which they will need to adapt
and assist Project Managers, Service Leaders and technical SMEs to
navigate.  As such, they will be required to facilitate and lead change and
sponsor process improvement within the organization.
1. Manage the delivery of infrastructure for IT projects from design
through turnover. Ensure project plan, progress, documentation and
implementation processes are followed.
2. Coordinate with the Project Manager to ensure budget, resource,
timelines, risks, dependencies and milestones are managed and the necessary
updates communicated.
3. Contribute to the development of services, strategy, and policy.
Maintain an awareness of external trends in technologies and service
providers that relate to the company’s goals.
