*Job Description::* *Non Production Environment Support* - A non-production environment support team member would typically be responsible for managing all deployment & configuration changes for projects in a given release. - Some changes will be implemented directly by the team member, while others will require working with other groups to perform the change. - The team member will also be responsible to ensure that these changes are distributed throughout all other non-production environments as well. - The team member will also need to troubleshoot issues with the environment to minimize downtime and the upstream effect on projects and their deliverables in our complex multi-level environment stacks. - The Environment team manages the 15+ pre-production environments for all stages in the development cycle as well as the development of the implementation plan for production deployment. - The environment contains multiple operating systems and platforms including ATG, Endeca, JBOSS, Apache, Solaris, Linux, Oracle and Akamai. - Good communication and documentation are essential in this position.
