*Location:*:: *GA-Georgia/Midtown Atlanta Duration::: 6+ monthsMOI::: Phone then face to face * *Job Description::* We are looking for a full stack developer with deep experience building web applications using Ruby and modern front-end frameworks like EmberJS. This person will serve as an individual contributor who is motivated by accomplishing a task; builds effective personal relationships as needed; meets personal due dates for short-term projects by managing own time; gets results through their own skills; performs high quality technical or professional work within their job scope; accepts the company values; not satisfied with doing things “the way they’ve always been done”. This ideal resource will develop financial applications and work with Ruby, Ember.js, Datamapper and Postgres. In this role you he/she will continuously improve the design and quality of our products using RSpec, QUnit, Mocha and CircleCI. You will also have an opportunity to contribute ideas and code as we develop our new microservices architecture using Java 8, Spring Boot and Angular2. *Job Qualifications:* - 4+ years of experience developing multiple Ruby applications and can identify and resolve complex performance challenges. Must also not be afraid of digging through legacy code and making it better (or removing things that shouldn’t be there) - Strong expertise in developing web-based applications - Must have experience with source control tools and can do more than simple branching and merges.
