This position requires experience with TIBCO BW or TIBCO MDM (CIM). Requires experience with Java, Linux/UNIX, Oracle, PL/SQL, UNIX Shell Scripting, XML, and experience working on App Servers such as WebSphere, WebLogic, or JBoss. This MDM Developer will be responsible for developing, implementing, maintaining master data hubs and applications/processes in support of the Master Data Management effort. Responsibilities include: Collaborating with MDM personnel, business intelligence developers, & data analysts to develop MDM requirements. Translating business and data requirements into MDM requirements and developing/executing routines to move data into and out of the MDM solution from a variety of sources, including other databases, flat files, and ISAM files. Implementing and maintaining commercial MDM applications and integrating into the MDM environment. Setting up and maintaining MDM workflows within the tool and integrating into the MDM environment. Working with database administrators to ensure available resources, both target and source systems. Coordinating and executing daily updates of MDM system and resolving loading and extraction problems. Communicating statuses with MDM and Business Intelligence teams and assisting in resolving data-related problems. Developing, implementing, and executing a quality assurance program and quality control standards for all MDM activities. Advising application technologists and business partners on the use of MDM tools and processes. Documenting all MDM processes and activities, and communicating to MDM stakeholders. Contributing to the overall design and implementation of the MDM system and assisting in other MDM activities as needed. Participating in all MDM planning and execution.
