General support, administration and maintenance the ServiceNow platform and
associated applications.
Advise developers in design of new applications by providing expertise on
systems capabilities and constraints.
Implement and configure new modules
Maintain CMDM discovery
For directly with ServiceNow functional teams to configure and improve core
custom applications.
Monitor health, usage and overall compliance of ServiceNow and its
applications
Develop systems integration and process automation
Create and configure Business Rules, UI Policies, UI Actions, Client
Scripts and ACLs including vance scripting of each
Create and configure Notifications UI pages, UI Macros, Script Includes,
Formatters, etc in ServiceNow
