*Positions Day to Day Responsibilities/Project Details (size, scale, scope)*

*Goal of these coaches is to guide and communicate the progress and
adoption (using established metrics – Liju would be looking for the
candidates to provide examples so he can incorporate to use as the new DTCC
standards) in 8 – 10 week cycles.*

*Scrum Teams are currently aligned in groups of 6 – 10 with a blended
on/off-shore development model. This is a co-location, multi-national
environment. Sprint cycles are 2 weeks.*

Agile Transformation Coach - help launch and drive Transformations to
achieve increased agility, predictability, quality and responsiveness.
Engage with stakeholders at all levels of an organization, from teams
through senior leadership. Skills spanning assessment, facilitation,
training, team building, influence, and program management.



*Qualifications*

· Bachelors degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.

· 5+ years experience in technology organizations.

· 3+ years of large-scale Agile coaching experience with methods
such as XP, Scrum, Lean, or Kanban.

· Demonstrated experience with at least one Agile transformation.

· 2 years of recent consulting experience.

· Deep knowledge of Agile principles and practices and the ability
to transfer that understanding at all levels of the organization.

· Consulting and facilitation skills in leading technical teams in
the adoption and improvement of Agile methodologies.

· Comfortable interacting one-on-one with individual technical
contributors, senior engineering leaders, as well as coaching teams of
engineers and presenting to large groups.

· Experience addressing enterprise issues

· Experience blending approaches (Lean, Kanban, Agile, Scrum, etc.)

· One or more related certifications such as Certified ScrumMaster
(CSM), Certified Scrum Practitioner (CSP), Professional Scrum Master (PSM),
Project Management Professional (PMP), PMI-Agile Certified Practitioner
(PMI-ACP).

· Open to travel throughout the US and outside the US



*Technical requirements*

No technical requirements, although familiarity with software and/or
hardware development lifecycles and environments is a plus.

· Design and support Agile Transformations, including training

Job Description:

As an Agile Coach, you will be engaged with programs that are transforming
from a traditional software delivery model to an agile delivery model, or a
program that is looking to mature in their agile adoption. The scope of
transformation ranges from individual teams to large programs/ portfolios
that cross multiple delivery teams and business segments. This is a unique
role where your passion, enthusiasm, and enjoyment in customer facing
coaching will be highly valued.



As the ideal candidate you are not only experienced in agile methods, but
have an extensive track record of delivering high quality systems and
products. You enjoy close collaboration with delivery team members to
ensure compliance with out enterprise delivery method. You will also be

Rally*

•Communicative and social – Must be able to clearly interact with teams
