*ETL TESTER* *Loveland, CO – 80538* *Position Description: * Responsibilities include generating test cases, test documentation, and executing test cases for the verification of requirements and validation of code. The QA Engineer is responsible for executing regression level testing to ensure a software release works as expected and does not degrade from the current release. In addition, the QA Engineer supports system and feature level software design reviews, verifies compliance with software security standards, and works collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure our systems’ quality.Responsibilities Create and maintain test cases using Application Lifecycle Management. Execute and verify Functional and System Level Testing of new software releases and changes to existing software. Execute and verify Regression Level Testing of existing software. Troubleshoot and isolate software problems and write clear, detailed defect reports. Review and provide input on the accuracy, clarity, and testability of requirement documentation. Build and maintain automated test scripts and tools.Technical Requirements B. S. degree or equivalent combination of work and education. Well-versed in software development lifecycle activities. Contribute to the continuous improvement process. Experience with Application Lifecycle Management (Quality Center). SQL / Oracle experience a plus. Unified Functional Test (Quick Test Pro) a plus.Non-technical Requirements Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills. Strong advocate for QA – able to describe and defend the value of QA. Self-starter with the ability to multitask in a very dynamic environment. Proven ability to work with diverse teams and take ownership of deliverables. A problem solver with sound judgment and decision-making skills.
