Role : DB2 Analyst Location : Northbrook/Lincolnshire, IL
Duration : 6 months + Rate : open Positions: 6 openings for Application Support Analysts Schedule/Hours: This position will be 40 hours per week 8 hours per day. The team coverage will be 7 days a week ranging from 2:00am to 11:00pm. Candidate needs to be open to working one weekend day. Scope: · Job responsibility will include support of the conversion to a new Point of Sale hardware and software system. No Point of Sale experience necessary · Daily responsibilities will include debugging and communicating to team members and store personnel. · Documentation for terminal repair technicians Requirements: · Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience · Candidate has to be able to execute pre-written SQL queries, DB2, · Knowledge of DB2, Programming, Analyst, Development or Administration · Knowledge of Unix or Linux Shell scripting. · Candidate also has to effectively communicate with team members, store personnel, repair technicians and document finding and solutions.
