Please review the detail job description and get back to me ASAP Position: Oracle HRMS 11.5.10/R12 Developer Location: Denver, CO Duration: 6 + Months Rate: DOE All on C2C Job description: • Minimum one year experience with multi org and global HRMS implementation • Prefer Bachelors in computer science • Five to six years of experience in Oracle HRMS E-Business Suite 11.5.10 or higher (Human Resources, Self-Service, Discoverer and Workflow) • Knowledge in underlying Oracle Applications database architecture including schemas/products, standard application program interfaces (API), data elements, tables, and views as basis for troubleshooting, data conversion and reporting. • Experience designing and developing custom interfaces for system integration to third party payroll systems and benefit providers. • Knowledge of reporting tools such as Oracle Discoverer and Oracle BI Publisher • Minimum six years experience with PL/SQL programming and JAVA. • Knowledge and experience with Oracle Self-Service Modules, OAF and Workflow Customizations. Responsibilities: • Excellent understanding of application development lifecycle phases including design, development, testing, production • Interface with HRMS Development Manager and on a regular basis to field and resolve system issues and to gather business requirements for system enhancements/fixes • Completes specified software development tasks (design, coding, and testing) to meet specifications • Develops database triggers, stored procedures, function, and packages using Oracle PL/SQL. • Log and resolve all bugs, patches, requests and inquires via SR (Service Request) through Oracle Metalink during implementation. • Writes documentation to describe application functionality and/or technical design • Delivers timely and quality services that meet or exceed team managers and client expectations • Participate in regularly scheduled meetings with internal business partners to provide work status and to plan future work The ideal candidate should have at 3-5 years experience with Oracle data model/development, standard APIs, proficient with tools/technique used to for Oracle Application (11i / R12) development the following modules: • Core Human Resources • Advanced Benefits • Employee Self Service • Manager Self Service • iRecruitment • Performance Management • Compensation Workbench Hands on experience of writing and maintaining technical components including, but not limited to: • Build complex outbound interfaces (Benefits, internal, 3rd party applications, etc.) • Inbound interfaces (Benefit carrier, 401K provider, 3rd Party applications, etc.) • Fast formulas ( Benefits etc.) • Conversion (Mergers and Acquisitions) • Custom reports • Customizing and creating new workflow • Customizing & creating new Oracle Applications Framework (OAF) web applications using • Creating discoverer Reports • Creating Web ADI Interfaces (Import and Export) • Creating Configuration Workbench • Customizing Oracle Forms • Personalizing Oracle Forms • Customizing Oracle Reports • Creating XML Publisher Reports • OBIEE / HR Analytics Development (BI Publisher, Answers, Analytics) • Performance measurement and Tuning Proficient with tools/technique used for Oracle Application development including, but not limited to: PL/SQL; SQL*Plus • TOAD for Oracle; • Workflow; • XML Publisher; • Fast Formulas; • Stored Procedures, Functions, and Triggers; • Oracle Applications Framework and jDeveloper; • Web ADI; • Configuration workbench; • Forms; • Reports; • Discoverer; • OBIEE • UPK (User Productivity Kit) Skills: • Core HR • Payroll (Includes Standard Benefits ) • Adavnced Benefits (OAB) • Talent Management (Performance Management) • Oracle Time and Labour(OTL) • Oracle Learning Management(OLM) • iRecruitment • Self Services HR(SSHR) Regards SAM sam.ka...@sulaan.com 480 626 5759 (work) srikanth_hi2...@yahoo.com http://in.linkedin.com/pub/srikanth-katta/25/340/520www.sulaan.com Sulaan Solutions, Inc.
