This position must balance time between writing complex *SQL stored procedures*, analyzing and manipulating data, and interfacing with our audit teams to provide quality analysis reports and audit tools. ***Candidate must have good communication skills** * *Key Responsibilities:* • Supports the audit team by developing tools that facilitate advanced data mining and provide our auditors with a competitive advantage in the marketplace. • Develops and delivers custom built audit tools and reports using SQL Server, Access and VBA. • Documenting requirements, designing test cases, and participating in a rapid development environment. • Communicates with both technical and non-technical end users. Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree with 3 plus years of experience with SQL Server, Transact SQL, Index Management, Performance Management with large datasets. • Strong SQL Server skills (SQL Server 2012).Strong VB, VB Script and VBA Skills (or other object oriented languages). *Preferred Qualifications:* • Healthcare data experience. • Data Warehouse/Data Mining experience a plus. • Advanced Microsoft Access skills (MS Office 2010).
