*Must Have Heavy SQL ExperienceNeed Us Citizen's And Green Card Holder's Only* *Description: *Business Analyst to work on I.T. team involved in a large Compensation Project in Wells Fargo Advisors St. Louis office. This position will acts as a liaison/lead analyst between client area and technical organization teams by planning, conducting, and directing the analysis of business requirements for the build out of a large project involving an FA Compensation application. This position will be involved end to end on a full project life cycle. Responsible for defining business requirements, creating functional design specification, working with testing team to create test plans/test cases as well as data research using SQL tools. Comfortable working in large I.T. environment, working in fast pace environment and possible overtime required. Brokerages experience is a plus. Experience with ETL and/or Actuate is preferred but not required. *Minimal Requirements :* 8+ years of I.T. experience as a business systems analysis and/or design. Proficient data analysis experience, having SQL experience and ability to create queries for data analysis and ad-hoc reporting. Oracle or DB2 database experience preferred. Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills, demonstrating the ability to communicate effectively to teams and leadership teams.
