*Job Responsibilities:*Create and maintain development patterns, standards, processes and norms. Analyze existing processes and user development requirements to ensure maximum efficiency. Ensure operational continuity through design reviews, code reviews, release management and system monitoring. Ensure alignment with IT business and strategies. Assist teammates with resolving complicated design challenges and troubleshooting. Mentor reporting and analytics team members on current ETL tools and architecture. Ensure that multiple product teams’ work is aligned and well integrated. Performance tuning and optimization. Write ETL code in Informatica. *Required Qualifications:* ETL framework design, implementation, and management experience in an informatica environment. Ability to effectively communicate complex structures in a simple fashion to variety of audiences (e.g. upper management, customers, and technical experts) Experience with enterprise batch in AutoSys.
