*Must Be Local To NJ Face To Face Interview After Phone Screen Description :*Seeking a san HRIS Lead who can work with multiple people within HRIS. Must be technically savvy and be able to build requirements and complete testing. Must be strong in Excel (pivots, etc.) Access (work with queries) and be able to analyze and manipulate data. This person will assist in building metrics and work on "SuccessFactors" system. The successful candidate should be able to make recommendations to the department based on experience and subject matter expertise. *Responsibilities:* candidate who can do candidate portal, onboarding, employee value proposition Need person to meet with HR; understand what they want and understand the strategy, then report back to configuration team Will have to do some testing Looking for somebody who is good with relationship building; very detailed They are merging offices and will be creating a centralized HRIS system will also be looking for somebody who will be doing analytics; pull data from different systems to pull together information and how to figure out how to overturn headcount Missing in resumes they client would like to see: process/ business relationship side. Needs somebody who understands the business and what they are looking for.
