hosted in Office 365 related to the Skype/Lync environment.
Skype/Lync user provisioning and support.
Opening tickets with Tier 3 support and assist on troubleshooting.
User provisioning and Tier 2 troubleshooting support.
Installation and hardware and software support, including firmware upgrades
on AudioCodes SBA gateways.
Solid understanding of VoIP monitoring and interpreting SIP and network
traces.
Mentoring and training support personnel in the area of Microsoft
Skype/Lync VoIP.
Produce training materials and host training sessions with support
personnel in the area of Microsoft Skype for Business.
Understanding and background with traditional TDM voice platforms desired.
Powershell skills desired.

*Will be responsible for the following as well as other related duties:*
Lync/Skype for Business voice support duties.
SIP phone configuration and support for the migration of existing TDM
network to Microsoft Lync VoIP.
Upgrade Polycom SIP phones to latest firmware.
Troubleshoot phones issues like drop calls and quality issues.
Gather information from field telecom personnel to design and implement
VoIP solutions.
