*Face To Face InterviewPay Rate : $45/Hr.C2C* *Duties:*Generate reports, large data extractions, and perform analysis based on a SQL Access Excel back-end data store. Develop process flows diagrams of current and future workflows Understand, interpret and challenge requirement specifications Research complex issues by performing analysis Develop processes to ensure data quality is maintained Perform analysis and create reports to meet business goals Understand, interpret and challenge requirement specifications Identify and catalogue issues identified/develop alternative solutions Able to develop reports with little, incomplete or no written specifications Liaise with project leadership and team members to gather business requirements and participate in group discussions Evaluate and propose solutions for business requirements Develop/Maintain documentation, including process flows and support guides *Skills:* Strong understanding of database structures, theories, principles, and practices along with the capacity to stay abreast of current technologies and technological trends Advanced knowledge of SQL for Microsoft Access & Excel including but not limited to macros, pivot tables, vlook-ups. Proficient in all other Microsoft Office applications Experience in analyzing reports and business data. Strong quantitative and analytical skills Ability to act quickly on issues and requests Ability to work in a fast paced team environment and self-manage, work well under pressure meeting tight deadlines and possess excellent interpersonal skills to work well with employees at all levels.
