*Experience:*10+ years relevant Oracle EBS experience Functional Expertise with solid understanding of underlying data flow and functionality in Oracle HCM modules (Core HR, SSHR, Comp Workbench, Integrations with Oracle payroll & OTL, iRecruitment) Expertise with Oracle EBS Release R12 (12.1.3 + ), including full life-cycle implementation experience, configuration and administration of the application Ability to perform gap analysis and develop functional specs Past experience as a team/track lead for one or more R12 implementations Strong with HR related conversions Full lifecycle Implementation experience *Skills:* Attention to detail and the ability to learn quickly. Demonstrated ability to manage project scope and client expectations Ability to work on all project phases including fit/gap, configuration, testing, and transition to the business Strong conversion knowledge.
