*NO H1B OR OPTFace TO Face Interview* *Responsibilities:*Design, develop, test, implement, and maintain Pega component solutions in a Pega Systems-based solution environment. Work closely with Pega Business Architects, IT Business Analysts and IT Architects utilizing Directly Capture Objectives (DCO) methodology to define the requirements and baseline solution for business workflow applications. Provide project estimates to Scrum Masters / Project Managers regarding the development effort for Pega projects you are working on. Collaborate with the Support and DBA teams on support, backup/recovery operations and disaster recovery testing. Provide recommendations on Pega solutions and/or best practices in the governance, design and architecture of solutions as requested. *Skills:* Hands on development in C#, Java, or other Object Oriented language. Hands on development within the Pega Platform. Understanding of configuration, change management, and source control. Excellent conceptual and analytical skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Able to articulate solutions to team members and upper management. Able to produce technical documentation. Able to work on a team or independently in a fast-paced dynamic environment. Willing to write detailed documentation and adhere to standards/change mgmt. policies. Able to work large project teams with other team members located onsite and offsite.
