The new software/forms must provide the agency with a reliable, scalable architecture that permits users to access the system via the SSA Intranet. In addition, the software should provide the ability to leverage current agency technologies and be capable of adding functionality using standard development tools. The WD interacts with the customer and reviews requirements documentation, and interacts with the customer to glean and assess requirements. Subsequently, applies required skills to develop and unit test web-based code, including converted forms.
