Candidate must have solid understanding of Java/ JEE technologies Must be able to see the whole picture of a system and understand how it relates and interconnects. Developer key responsibilities: • Ensure delivery of software through application of approved agile/scrum processes and procedures. • Design and develop new software applications. • Enhance existing software applications • Work as part of a team as well as individually ensure high availability and uptime of our products and processes learn about, experiment with, and provide suggestions and solutions around new cutting edge technologies *Qualifications:*• Minimum 8 years of experience with Java SDK and JEE application development. • Strong in developing REST APIs(JAX-RS, Jersey, Resteasy or Spring WS) and SOAP webservices. • Strong experience with Spring, both front and back end components • Good understanding of relational (Oracle) and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases. • Experience working with testing and build tools like SOAPUI, JUnit, ANT, Maven,OSGi and Perforce. • Solid understanding of Java middlewares like Tomcat, JBoss, Jetty or Websphere. • Should have worked on JMS implementations to include JMS topics and queues; and distributed queues, clustered JMS implementations, and configuration /management of any JMS providers • Ideal candidate would have experience with Banking Systems or Foreign • Exchange. • Experience with Enterprise Integration standards (WS-*) and ESBs like servicemix, Fuse desired. Tibco experience is a big plus. • Experience with HTML/HTML5, CSS, Bootstrap, BackboneJS, JavaScript, AJAX and other web development technologies. • Exposure to payments/card payments industry and PCI-DSS compliance is a plus.
