Should have more than 12 years of experience in software testing. 2. * Should have minimum 5 years of experience in Banking domain* 3. Should have hands on *working experience in Agile delivery* model and ATDDtechniques 4. Must be an expert in test automation framework and solutions 5. As a Senior Consultant, should have depth and breadth of technical /functional/ domain know-how. 6. Should be able to work independently on defining testing solution for amid-size, complex projects or contribute to solution of a program. 7. Should be able to prepare a road map for the competency/industry segment inform of competitive service offerings. 10. Work out the business benefits of improvement ROI Review and sign off with customer on the recommendations. 11. Business process analysis: Biz process and functional model. Map the Business process onto the application and identify gaps. 4. Provide Product evaluations Analyzes competitive products and technologies and makes appropriate suggestions (may use demos) to influence product / technology direction. 16. Proposal participation, Sizing and Pre-sales work, participate in Customer presentations 17. Guide the Delivery team to ensure that the application/tool/framework is developed as per customer requirement. 18.
