The work will involve working with the In-Home Advisor program to capture and document necessary requirements of an agile delivery team. We are looking for an individual who is motivated and have experience working in fast paced product based delivery team. The successful candidate will also interface with other dependent teams that implemented CRM solution leverages to support the business current business model. Responsibilities: •Participate in scrum team stand up and JAD sessions •Hands on experience with Business Process Modeling (as-is and to-be) including gap analysis •Help manage delivery dependencies with upstream and downstream stakeholder groups •Continuously seek and incorporate process improvements for requirements •Work closely and foster good working relationships with the business and integration partners •Review application to validate that requirements are met •Work closely with geographically dispersed team •Participate in Business Readiness/ Change management activities for successful adoption of product enhancements Required Skills and/or Experience: •Over 5+ years as a BA in Agile Information system/management environment •BA experience or domain knowledge with CRM.
