*Role: CLARITY FUNCTIONAL ANALYST *
*Location: Washington, DC (Onsite Interview)*
*Duration: 6+ Months*
JOB DESCRIPTION
*Capture baseline Customizations & Setup in Clarity*
- Document current Clarity Attribute Customizations
- Document current customized Clarity Portlets, Objects, Security and
OBS.
- Analyze, Document and Proposal - Roles Setup
- List of new Roles required and Roles that should be removed.
- Decision & Approach to consolidating the roles using skills sets or
using Primary Roles.
*Study & Document Design & Configuration of Clarity Modules*
- Document design and configuration of Clarity PPM functionalities and
processes currently setup in CA Clarity version 12.0. Examples: Resource,
Project and Timesheet Management
- Analyze and explore options to enhance Resource, Project and Timesheet
Management functionalities and processes by leveraging the new features in
Clarity version 13.3
- Produce high-level requirements document on above functionalities
- Attention to detail, highly-organized, and able to multi-task. Ability
to adapt to changing priorities quickly and effectively
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks and work under
pressure to meet deadlines
- Candidate with experience in CA Clarity in a health care industry is a
plus
- Collaborate with PMO Director, Product Directors leadership, and
various project / resource managers, as necessary.
- Provide innovative and automated improvements to Clarity processes
that increase efficiency and leverage best practices.
- Ad hoc requests to further support the PMO Portfolio functions.
*Required Skills/Qualifications:*
- Must have three years *functional *experience using Clarity PPM
modules, such as Resource, Project & Timesheet.
- Functional knowledge and experience in Project planning, resource
planning including allocation and assignment of resources, Clarity roles,
security and OBS.
- Ability to provide functional design and solution approach for the
above mentioned modules.
- Understanding of software development methodologies
- Exceptional organizational skills with demonstrated ability to work
with detail data and compile information for various audience levels.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills – able to communicate
clearly and effectively detailed information at a summary level. Primary
language: English.
