The Business Analyst serves as a liaison between the business community and
the technical community working with IT technical analysts and business
clients to collect, clarify, and translate business requirements into
documentation and conceptual design (using appropriate tools and models)
from which applications and solutions are developed.

- Validates and justifies business needs, conducting feasibility studies,
producing high-level and detailed business models, business cases and
overseeing development and implementation of solutions. Works with a
technical analyst and a development team to ensure that they understand the
specifications and partners with internal stakeholders to plan, test, and
implement all software changes to ensure that solutions conform to the
desired quality standard.

- Create mapping requirements specifications for both inbound and outbound
EDI transactions

- Perform functional unit testing on EDI maps

- Review and verify EDI structure and IDoc structure from mapping



*This position requires:*

A minimum of 5 years EDI experience that must include strong knowledge of
both EDIFACT and X12 standards.

 A minimum of 5 years Business Analysis experience including requirements
elicitation, functional design creation, and functional unit testing.

 A minimum of 3 years project management experience Desired experience with
Sterling Integrator (SI) and System Integration Architects (SIA) Framework
Manager and SI-mon:TV

Experience supporting a B2B environment Interaction with internal and
external clients, including directly with trading partners

Has a broad understanding of SAP and IT and deep understanding of the B2B
function.

 Able to understand business functionality and translate it into
application requirements.
