This person will also provide backup for the BSA Lead when he/she is out. The work with Lead Developer will be to assist his/her team in unit testing ensuring quality outcome. This person will also work with the ENSR Manager in understanding overall project, answering questions, escalating any issue for ongoing programs. ENSR is a shared service that supports score reporting for many programs at the same time. *Responsibilities:* · Provide support for multiple programs while assist in new programs · Translate business requirements to create functional and technical specifications documents · Take general direction from leads and must be able to work independently · Work with system developers, test teams, process managers, and end users to ensure proposed solution is delivered according to schedule and with the required functionality · Analyze/document new and existing processes and procedures · Continuously review test plans and provide feedback on methodology when necessary · Assist developers in doing unit testing · Must be able to multi task · As part of a team, apply technical solutions to problems through the coordination of development activities · Participate as part of a team to provide recommendations and feedback for the improvement of business goals · Apply industry standard analysis, documentation techniques where appropriate to assist in providing optimum solutions · Follow SDLC (Software Development Lifecycle) processes Process Outputs and Deliverables (From the key responsibilities above, describe the most important process outputs of the role): 1.
