Network Engineer
*Location: Downtown Chicago Rate: $50/hr* *6 Contract (USC or GC or EAD’GC)* *Phone then F2F* *Must Haves:* 3-5+ years’ experience as Network Engineer Cisco WAN/LAN experience. Network build outs, configuration Wireless experience Documenting complex LAN/WAN environments. IP Voice Experience Basic Firewall management experience. Network monitoring tools Hungry, humble, motivated (“must be willing to be the hardest-working person in the room” ) *Plusses:* CCIE ( will take a CCNP) Aruba wireless experience *Day to Day:* CannonDesign has an immediate need for a Network Engineer. They will provide enterprise level design, support, and monitoring for wireless and wired networks. This would include directing and performing configuration, administration, troubleshooting and support of wireless and wired networking devices as well as assist with ongoing operational support as well as the data center build/configuration. The key purpose of the role is to ensure the stability of the network, through effective design, development and ongoing maintenance. CCIE or CCNP is a plus.
