**Required Skills:
- 5+ years of PeopleSoft development experience
- 3+ years of PeopleSoft 8.9 or greater
- 4+ years of experience with Microsoft SQL 2005 or greater
- 5+ years of experience with Oracle10g or greater database
- Proficient in Unix scripting, automation of Oracle and PeopleSoft
maintenance tasks, as well as experience with Linux and NT environments.
- Collaborative in planning, design and implementation of all modifications
and changes to the technical environment
- Ability to support multiple clients depending upon scope and project
- Prioritize task list, deliverables and timelines for all clients
- Performance monitoring and tuning analysis for Oracle environments
- Performs all creation, administration and configuration of PeopleSoft
Application Server
- Responsible for application of all upgrades and patches. This includes
upgrades, functional and security patches for PeopleSoft Financials, HRMS,
PeopleTools, and Oracle DBMS
- Experience with the PeopleTools, Change Assistant, Oracle PL/SQL,
SQL*Plus, and other related tools
- Additional technical skills related to PeopleSoft include the design and
creation of the interface batch architecture used to integrate the
PeopleSoft applications with various systems, as well as bolt-on
applications dealing with EDI, and wireless data collection
- Experience with integration broker setup and diagnostics
- Performs PeopleSoft project migrations and maintains PVCS versioning
- Investigates performance issues and implements solutions
- Ability to coordinate, monitor and provide Sarbanes-Oxley audit criteria
- Perform refreshes and copies of the Oracle and PeopleSoft Environments
- Provides on-call support via cell-phone 24 x 7

Desired Skills:
- Experience with Hyperion
- Experience with Oracle OBIEE

Minimum Educational Requirements:
- Undergraduate degree in a business or information system field (Desired)
- MBA degree (Desired)

Minimum Certifications or Other Professional Credentials:
- Oracle Database OCP

experience

- Successfully completed at least (4) full life cycle PeopleSoft Human
Capital Management implementations
- Successfully completed at least (2) ePerformance implementations
- 5+ years of experience delivering information technology consulting
services
- 3+ years of experience with the functional design and configuration of
PeopleSoft Human Capital Management solutions
- Detailed experience with (2) or more of the following PeopleSoft Human
Capital Management modules: Human Resources, Benefits Administration, Time &
Labor, ePerformance, Payroll, or Recruiting Solutions
- Ability to lead teams of 2-5 Dell Services Associates
- Determination of business requirements, business process design and
application design and configuration
- Development of model office configuration (prototype)
- System Test planning and execution
- Proven ability to work in a team-oriented and collaborative environment
- Excellent leadership, written communication, oral communication and
interpersonal skills

Desired Skills:
- Big-4 Consulting experience
- Strong consideration given to candidates with experience in Higher
Education settings

Minimum Educational Requirements:
- Bachelors degree required
- MBA preferred

Minimum Certifications or Other Professional Credentials:
- Certified PeopleSoft Consultant preferred
- PMI certification preferred
