Internal business managers, analytics & marketing team, membership team, and business partners (will have to be comfortable presenting to these and many other groups) 1.QUALIFICATION *Ideal Candidate Description* Senior analyst who is comfortable working independently to analyze large quantities of data. Multi-tasker who has strong statistical analysis of data/ data science experience. Someone who understands a marketing campaign, how its developed, and help to develop programs to analyze what impact the campaign had. Also MUST be comfortable completing the analyses once the model has been designed Must haves vs Nice to Haves Must Haves: •Relational database extraction, and model creation •Data analysis •Experience working with Marketing specific data to help the business •Experience using SPSS or R Describe role to candidates?
