Techno-functional resource with good exposure to Siebel application implementation across industry verticals 2. Total experience of 7-8 years out of which about 3-4 years should be as a Siebel Tech Lead / Technical Architect 3. Should have a prior experience in requirement understanding, responding to RFPs, effort estimations, work out business proposals 4. Should have Good Communication skills 5. Should have ability to interact with high level business users and handle business critical situations 6.
