*Job Title: Sr Lead Business Analyst* *Location: Columbus, OH* *Duration: 1 plus year of Contract* *Need Senior BAs with 10 or more years of experience and that have experience leading a team of BAs.* We need a resource who has a Recipient/Member Eligibility background but also has extensive *ICD-10 *experience. We need this person to be a *Project Manager/Leader* type who is also a higher level business Analyst, and feels comfortable testing as well. This person does not necessarily have to be a Project Manager but should be able to lead the team of BAs. We are looking for someone who has a background in Quality Assurance, has used Quality Center, and has been proficient in gathering information to create comprehensive test cases and has possibly lead a testing effort utilizing and managing testing resources. The candidate must possess and show daily a senior level of written and verbal communication skills and shows tremendous initiative and perseverance in leading, testing, and research. The client is only interested in candidates with "State" experience. If they worked for a healthcare provider, they lack the specific type of experience acquired in state government. We are only looking for Senior BAs with 10 or more years of experience and that have experience leading a team of *BAs*. They must also have good experience with *Medicaid Eligibility.* The client is looking for experience similar to the current compliment of*BA/Testers *: Provide Business Analysis of current release defects and change orders, and for release driven projects Provide assistance in system development, including attendance in *JAD *sessions, where technical subject matter experts are able to identify issues and work pro-actively to remediate issues prior to implementation in conjunction with *ODM* Provide technical expertise for development and implementation of user acceptance testing on MITS for operational releases and in support of Medicaid related initiatives.
