-The manager needs someone with strong experience as a technical lead.
-Strong leadership skills and assertiveness will be equally important.
*Requires the Following Skillset::*
• Having an understanding in IVR concepts and technology
• Distributed Network
• Mainframe Computing
• Win2012 Server
• JAVA JDK/JRE 1.7
• SOAP Web Services
• MQ Services
• DB2
• Security / Encryption implementation knowledge (i.e. SSL, Mutual
Authentication, Advanced Encryption Standards (SHA-512, etc.) and if you
want to use this person over several IVR.
• CISCO VoIP implementation experience
