Hi , *Need GC or GC-EAD or US Citizens * *Position: Business Systems Analyst* *Location: Richmond, VA* *Duration: 15-16 months Contract* *Responsibilities: * Client is seeking a business systems analyst with a background in Risk IT/GRC technology to assist with the implementation and redesign of the GRC system (PRIME) on IBM Open Pages version 7. This is a business facing role and the successful candidate will be required to regularly interface with key stakeholders to identify, analyze and document business requirements related to PRIME and also assist with the solution design. Candidate will be required to capture notes from intent and functional review sessions, ask pertinent questions, and document them into business requirement documents. Candidate will also be responsible for analyzing the business requirements, developing technical specifications, and developing the solution design, in partnership with the PRIME IT team. *Specific responsibilities include:* · Gather, analyze, and document information business requirements across the enterprise and ensure that they are reviewed, approved and signed off by stakeholders in a timely manner. · Help translate business requirements into technical specifications, to be entered as stories into client’s Agile tool (Version One) for development planning. · Connect existing Business Requirements already captured and align them with Stories captured in Version One. · Assist in developing documentation that presents a full view of current PRIME capabilities in order to review them with various business stakeholders. · Create / update / translate future state process flows based on business process requirements. · Create solution design for PRIME, working with other BSAs in the IT team. · Support the business leads with creating test scenarios and test scripts for performing User Acceptance Testing (UAT). *Basic Qualifications: * · Bachelor's Degree and at least 5 years of experience in business systems analysis. · 2 years’ experience in full project lifecycle software development. · 2 years’ experience in large scale data migration including identification and mapping of data elements, transformation and data scrubbing/cleanup activities. *Preferred Qualifications:* · 2-3 years’ experience in supporting a Risk management function preferably in either ORM, ERM, Audit, or Compliance functions. · Experience with IBM Open Pages (v7 preferable) or other similar enterprise GRC applications. · 2 years’ experience in facilitating user acceptance testing. · Past experience at client or other large financial services company. · Experience performing under various Solution Delivery methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).
