*Job Title* Mainframe Tester *Project Location* Nyc, NY *Duration* 10 months /Contract *Skills Required and Job Description:* * MOI : TELEPHONIC + FACE 2 FACE* Assignment Details - Involved with *converting legacy batch COBOL programs* from various version of *COBOL to enterprise COBOL LE, developing test cases, conducting parallel (volume) testing* using compares, analyzing results with business users, and implementing. - He/she will work with Business Users and IT Developers and will be required to attend and sometimes facilitate testing sessions. - Along with coding, design, and testing they may need to research business rules from the current legacy system logic. The developer will be required to work onsite with designated SMEs.
