-Experience designing and executing test plans for stress, performance,
endurance, and capacity.
-Understands the relationship between concurrency, latency, and throughput
-Familiar with JVM profiling and capacity planning
-Able to build and use tools that facilitate monitoring and data collection
-Able to build and use tools to facilitate data analysis
-Passionate about driving a performance engineering culture
-Self-motivated; independent, organized and proactive; highly responsive,
flexible, and adaptable when working across multiple engineering teams.
