The Pennsylvania Department of Health (PADOH) is requesting a resource to assist BIT in supporting standards-based electronic exchange of data between public health agencies and Health Information Exchanges (HIEs), hospitals or hospital systems, and healthcare providers using PHIN messaging standards (i.e., compatible with MU standards).
