Must have been responsible for design phase deliverables such as creating artifacts (i.e. technical and functional design, programming specifications, software architectural components diagrams, etc). * * *Other Required Competencies**:* Must be a highly skilled professional with strong analytical and communication skills. Ability to problem solve, multi-task and work as part of a larger project team. Must possess excellent speaking/writing skills and work effectively with peers and management. * * *Industry Experience**:* Health insurance applications, especially claims processing.
