*Position:- SAP Architect* *Location:- Mason, OH* *Duration:- 6-12 months* *MOI:- Phone/Skype* *Need USC or GC or EAD-GC* · Looking for an SAP Architect for the Enterprise Architecture Team within the Enterprise COE. · This SAP Architect will help direct several large new SAP implementations at Cintas to ensure the delivery of critical business functionality. · This position will report to the Enterprise Architecture team. · The SAP Architect will be focused on understanding the business context, strategies, and drivers for the SAP ERP Systems primarily supporting the Cintas business in the Information Technology organization including emerging technology systems like Hana, mobile, etc. · They must develop strong relationships within the business unit as well as within application teams to become experts in the intersection between the business unit and the applications that support it. *The SAP Architect is responsible for:* · Providing direction, planning, guidance and definition of a business architecture that effectively supports the Cintas business strategy for key initiatives. · Researching, analyzing, designing, proposing, and delivering solutions that are appropriate for the business and technology strategies. · Creating solutions, building consensus and executing IT architecture solutions. · Involvement in all aspects of the project life cycle, from ideation through the requirements analysis, design and implementation. · Establishing architectural view, identification of major system interfaces development of module reuse for applications and identification of existing architecture weaknesses. · Creating and maintaining the roadmap of key IT SAP initiatives to facilitate long-term project planning and initiation, and providing strategic oversight to on-going technology initiatives. · Supporting the evaluation of IT impacts to business-initiated projects and ensuring that solutions account for the overall Cintas portfolio strategy. · Assessing near-term needs, using structured interview processes, to establish business priorities. · Consulting with technical subject matter experts and developing alternative technical solutions; also advising on options, risks, costs vs. benefits, and impact on other business processes and system priorities. · Documenting and maintaining the models that represent the needs and direction of the business unit as a critical input to project solution architecture. · Collaborating with other IT functional areas to remain apprised of project status, and inform Cintas Support organization of progress; conversely, keep IT's technology and service managers aware of key Cintas initiatives, identifying and resolving potential problems and conflicts. · Facilitating development of cross-enterprise solutions that combine knowledge of particular business processes and issues, general technological options, and process facilitation techniques. · Providing strategic consultation to business partners within Cintas in defining or designing business processes, functions and organizational structures, as well as in researching, identifying and internally marketing enabling technologies based on customer requirements. · Participating in enterprise strategy development, including environmental analysis, opportunity identification, value cases and business innovation portfolio development; and in enterprise architecture development, including business architecture, information architecture, application portfolio and technical architecture. · Seeking ways to apply new technology to, and reuse existing technology for, business processes;
