<p><strong>Job Title: </strong></p>
<li> Upgrade Model Office (QA) test environment and begin testing</li>
<li> Evaluate Remedy SSO and determine if can replace current JSS Plugin for 
SSO</li>
<li> 1/16/17 – Upgrade Production ARS and migrate to Remedy SSO</li>
<li> 2/13/17 - Deploy mobile apps for Smart IT /MyIT</li>
<li> Evaluate OOTB Smart Reporting reports</li>
<li> Test integrations (Discovery, SCCM, People records)</li>
<li> Test Incident/Problem/Change/WO/SRM functionality in Remedy classic, Smart 
IT and MyIT.</li>
<li> 3/27/17 – Upgrade Production ITSM and enable Smart Reporting</li>
<p><strong>We are looking for someone with experience with the 
following:</strong></p>
<p>- Remedy upgrades</p>
<p>- Remedy ITSM 9.x Remedy SSO</p>
<p>- Smart Reporting</p>
