This has been coming for a long time. It is already being done.
It does seem like a spectrum grab. There are plenty of HF frequencies they
can use without interference to HAM radio.
ARRL will hopefully prove their worth this time.

When I lived in Chicago, I went twice. It resembles a good but small
Hamfest.
It may have changed since I was there. It was over 10 years ago. It was
worth the drive from Chicago.

Having worked around very high level rf fields all my life I have a hard
time with this. The items mentioned use very low power levels.
I would like to see some double blind testing of the people that are
sensitive to RF.
