[BVARC] New Member to the club

I would like to announce my wife Tina Martinez as a new member of BVARC.  She passed her Tech rating about 3 weeks ago.  She has paid the club dues, and is now a member of the best radio club in Texas. Before studying for her Tech rating, she told me she would NOT go any further in Ham Radio.
