Big Al, May I suggest that you, Jeff and Glenn put the time slot booking status on line, or to e-mail it every week to the BVARC and TDXS Reflectors so those interested can pick a time?  Maybe Eddie can find a spot to put it on the BVARC website, and the coordinator can e-mail updated schedules
