Didn't get water inside house in Deer Park, but have a few inches in front part of garage. Got phone call from city, Deer Park has an "Anti-Wake" ordinance in effect when streets are flooded, aimed at preventing property damage, drive too fast on flooded streets, get fined up to $ 2,500.
