This is your opportunity to take part in the best Ham event of the year. Time is running out to get an Operator spot for this year’s group club field day event. BVARC, KARS, TDXS, and ECHO all working together to put up the best numbers in the country!!! We will be operating as an 8A station and will also have a 6M Station as well as 2m Side band and Simplex. We will have a GOTA station as well. Elecraft K3 radios, Networked PC’s running N1MM logging software keeping score all the way. Each station will have an audio splitter and headsets, so if you want to bring a friend and work as a team, we will have it setup waiting for you. Brand new Antennas being feed by over 1000 feet of LMR-400 on top of two 100 foot man lifts. These are all tuned up and ready to hit the air as soon as it all starts. The fire station is the place for HAMS to be this field day.
