purpose of the meeting is to review the current status of Field Day 2020 as it
relates to TDXS, BVARC, KARS and ECHO.

Since ECHO is so small and we could not come up with a field day location
or chairperson, we decided to let ECHO members choose a group to
participate with if they want to. In fact, as far as I know I was the only
ECHO participant to get on the air last FD at the four club event.
